We're not a big, national company. Our only service area is Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Central Ohio. Our customers are our neighbors. In fact, over 95% of us live right here.

We take pride in where we live and work in the 5,000 hi-tech jobs we've created and in the $20 million Insight contributes to the local tax base each year, helping fund education, police and fire services.

Every classroom we serve is connected to educational programming through our Digital TV service, and to the world through our high speed Broadband service. Our phone service connects families throughout the region to life-saving 911 services nearly 200,000 times each year.

Like everything else we do, we're working to improve our commitment to the community, everyday. With the launch of cn|2, our news and information network, we're expanding our commitment to the region, delivering the weather, news, politics and sports coverage you told us you want more of, 24/7.

And with our new Insight Foundation, we're giving back to our neighborhoods, with a charter to help preserve the best of our region's culture and its land.
