And we work hard to try and make all of that stuff as easy to use as possible. So, um, you're probably wondering, what's up with that HD/DVR remote control?? OK, OK... we know! It isn't exactly the poster-child for simple! But it is incredibly powerful and we are determined to help you figure out how to use it.

Watching TV, getting to the Internet or talking on the phone are things you shouldn't even have to think about. So we will work hard to make sure that you don't have to waste any of your brain cells getting our products to work or ask any favors from your teenagers.
