Battery back-up

When the power goes off, how can you stay in touch? Insight Phone 2.0 comes with a battery in the modem to provide back-up power for up to eight hours.

To get the benefit of Phone 2.0’s battery back up, you’ll need a corded (not cordless) phone. And you’ll need to have it plugged into a jack that was checked out as part of your Insight Phone 2.0 installation. But that way when the lights go off, your phone will stay on. And that can be a very good feeling.
