E911 or Enhanced 911 is a system that automatically associates an address to the phone number from which the call is being made and routes it to the appropriate local 911 call center. This provides emergency responders with the location of the emergency without the caller having to provide it. All phone numbers issued by Insight are recognized and supported by 911 call centers in your area.
