Can I set up the Online Bill Pay to make automatic payments?

Yes, you can set up recurring payments using either a credit/debit card or a bank account. This can be done through the Make Payment screen. You may also call either your local Insight office or the number appearing on your paper statement, to set a recurring payment.

NOTE: When you set a recurring payment, the payment will not automatically apply to your account until a statement has been generated from the time the recurring was set. If you set a recurring payment and your due date approaches without a statement generation, you will have to manually make that payment. Once recurring has been set and a statement has been generated in that order, your payment will automatically be applied to your account.
