You can make a payment online at any time. The online Total Amount Due shown on the Online Bill Pay system will reflect amounts due within 24 hours after a charge is posted to your Insight service account. This means you may be able to view and pay your balance amount before your paper billing statement actually arrives to you in the mail. Payments made after the statement generation will also be deducted from the Total Amount Due, once the payment has been processed.
