When you make a payment, a Pending Payment amount can be immediately seen from the Online Bill Pay site. Once your payment is processed, the pending amount will be deducted from your Total Amount Due, you will receive a confirmation email, and the payment will be reflected on the Online Bill Pay. Your payment will also appear on the next billing statement that you receive.
