How do I change my Online Bill Pay password or other online information?

You can change your Online Bill Pay password by completing the following steps:
  1. On the Online Bill Pay home page, https://billpay.myinsight.com, select the "Login" button. You will then be directed to your Account Summary page.
  2. Click the "Manage" button in the left navigation or at the top right under the "Welcome back..." message.
  3. Click the "Change Password" option in the "Manage" sub-navigation.
  4. Enter the following required information: "User ID," "Current Password," "New Password," and "Verify New Password."
  5. Click the "Submit" button to complete the change.

Other online information can be changed by following steps 1 and 2, selecting your desired option from the "Manage" sub-navigation, entering the required information, and then clicking the "Submit" button to complete the process.
