You can change your Online Bill Pay password by completing the following steps:
- On the Online Bill Pay home page, https://billpay.myinsight.com, select the "Login" button. You will then be directed to your Account Summary page.
- Click the "Manage" button in the left navigation or at the top right under the "Welcome back..." message.
- Click the "Change Password" option in the "Manage" sub-navigation.
- Enter the following required information: "User ID," "Current Password," "New Password," and "Verify New Password."
- Click the "Submit" button to complete the change.
Other online information can be changed by following steps 1 and 2, selecting your desired option from the "Manage" sub-navigation, entering the required information, and then clicking the "Submit" button to complete the process.
