You can change your security questions by completing the following steps:
- On the Online Bill Pay home page, https://billpay.myinsight.com, select the "Login" button. You will then be directed to your Account Summary page.
- Click the "Manage" button in the left navigation or at the top right under the "Welcome back..." message.
- Click the "Change Security Questions" option in the "Manage" sub-navigation.
- Re-enter your "User ID" and "Password" then click the "Submit" button.
- Select your desired questions from the 3 dropdowns and enter the answer for each one.
- Click the "Submit" button to complete the changes.
