How do I change my security questions?

You can change your security questions by completing the following steps:
  1. On the Online Bill Pay home page, https://billpay.myinsight.com, select the "Login" button. You will then be directed to your Account Summary page.
  2. Click the "Manage" button in the left navigation or at the top right under the "Welcome back..." message.
  3. Click the "Change Security Questions" option in the "Manage" sub-navigation.
  4. Re-enter your "User ID" and "Password" then click the "Submit" button.
  5. Select your desired questions from the 3 dropdowns and enter the answer for each one.
  6. Click the "Submit" button to complete the changes.
