Why won't my remote control respond when I press a button?
I have connected my HD-compatible set-top box and HDTV set but I still cannot get any picture on HD channels. What could be wrong?
My Program Guide is locked up and the remote and set-top box buttons don't work either.
I have a message on my screen that says "This channel should be available shortly." What does this mean?
The displayed listing information is incorrect.
I have a message on my screen that says "This feature is currently being restored." What does this mean?
