Cable Card FAQs
I have a cable card do I now get a discount off my package?
If you are using your cable card with HD equipment, we are glad to inform you that you are already getting a discount for having a cable card. You are paying a lower price because the cable card monthly fee is at least $5 if not more lower than the monthly fee for our HD equipment. This is the best deal you can get when leasing a cable card with HD equipment.
If you are using your cable card with SD equipment, you should contact your local Insight office in regards to the discount.
Is the discount retroactive?
No, these are new rules just introduced so the discount is effective now but not retroactive.
