2. This will take you to the Member Services Login screen (shown below). Type in your E-mail ID (address) and click on 'Reset Your Password'.
3. For extra security, and to verify your identity, you will be asked to provide the answers to all three security questions you have previously selected.
4. After successfully answering your security questions, you may enter your new password in the New Password field and again in the Retype New Password field. Please Note: Passwords are case sensitive, i.e. OpenSesame is a different password than opensesame.
5. Once you click Submit, your password has been successfully reset and you will see a verification message. Please make sure you note your new password and keep it in a secure location.
