Insight Broadband gives you the ability to create up to six e-mail accounts. During the initial installation process, you are able to choose a primary e-mail address for the account. Once your primary e-mail account is registered, you can create, modify, and delete e-mail accounts by visiting the
Member Services section of Insight Broadband Website.
You may prefer to continue using another e-mail accounts from other online service and, therefore do not check your primary Insight Broadband e-mail account. Insight may periodically send information and other notices to your primary e-mail account and it is important that you receive these e-mails. If you do not use your Insight Broadband e-mail account, but still want to receive Insight e-mails, you can easily configure your Insight Broadband e-mail account to forward messages to the account of your choice.
Below are screens that will show you how easy it is to set up e-mail forwarding. Please visit the
Member Services area of our Website to see the many other ways that you can customize your Insight Broadband service to meet your needs.
1. Open Internet Explorer, type http://www.insightbb.com into the Address bar, and press Enter.
2. Click the Member Services button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

3. In the E-mail Settings box, click the E-mail Forwarding link, shown below:

4. Type your account username and password into the appropriate boxes, and click Login.

5. Click the Turn E-mail Forwarding On link.

6. In the large box located below the "Forward all incoming e-mail to the following address:" field, type the e-mail address to which you'd like your Insight Broadband e-mail to be forwarded.

7. Double-check the forwarding e-mail address for accuracy. Left-click the Submit button and a confirmation screen will appear.
