Create Additional E-mail Accounts

1. Go to www.insightbb.com and click on the Member Services link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

 

2. On the following page, click on Add a new E-mail ID located within the E-mail Settings box.

 

3. Log in with your E-mail ID and Password. This is typically the first e-mail address you were given on the day you established service with Insight.

 

4. Click 'Create a New E-mail ID' either on the right side or at the bottom of the screen. This screen will also tell you how many E-mail IDs you have left to create.

 

5. The top half of the Associate Member Information screen pertains to the owner of the new e-mail ID. Please make sure this information is entered correctly, as it can hinder password resetting and other Member Services features.

 

6. The lower half of the Associate Member Information screen is where you will enter the new E-Mail ID and password you want to create.

Please note: Your E-mail ID is not case sensitive, i.e. JOESMITH@INSIGHTBB.COM will later appear as joesmith@insightbb.com. However, your password is case sensitive, i.e. OPENSESAME is a different password than OpenSesame and opensesame. Your password must be 8 to 16 characters in length.

 

7. Once you click Submit, you will see a confirmation screen, provided that your desired e-mail address is not already taken.

 

Insight Broadband only provides support for Outlook Express and Webmail. For assistance with other e-mail applications, please consult their Websites for support.
