Internet Explorer remembers Web pages you have visited in its internal history directory as well as other data related to your Internet browsing.  Periodically, you may wish to clear out such data.  This can be achieved easily by following the steps below:


To clear the history of previously visited Web pages, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop to open up Internet Explorer.

2. On the far right-hand side of the task bar, click on 'Tools' > 'Delete Browsing History...'

 

3. On the following window, you make individually choose to delete temporary Internet files, cookies, browser history, form data and passwords.  You may also delete all such information at one time by clicking on 'Delete all...' at the bottom of the window.

 

4. On the following popup window, verify you wish to delete Internet browsing history by clicking 'Yes'.
